  Responsibilities:

  Quality Management System (QMS) Architecture: Oversee, maintain, and protect the facility's QMS framework to guarantee perfect compliance with global norms.

  Internal Governance and Audit Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and carry out internal plant quality system audits while acting as the main technical point of contact for external registrar, corporate, or customer audits.

  CAPA Framework Management: Lead the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) ecosystem across the entire facility, making sure that thorough engineering root-cause studies are triggered by product or system non-conformances and that corrective actions are validated for long-term efficacy.

  Document Control & Revision Integrity: Keep complete control over the document repository by overseeing the distribution of engineering blueprints, standard work instructions, and quality logs at the field level as well as their approval, release, and archiving.

   

  Required Skills: 

  Advanced QMS & Regulatory Literacy: A thorough understanding of quality system standards and the specific proof trails required to meet certification requirements.

  Structured Auditing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to map process relationships, create expert audit checklists, examine manufacturing evidence trails, and provide succinct internal audit reports.

  Advanced Problem-Solving Coordination: Proficiency in employing standard 8D, Fishbone, 5-Whys, or Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) diagnostic frameworks to organise multidisciplinary problem-solving teams.

  Document Lifecycle Administration: Outstanding attention to detail in managing master revisions across numerous documents, tracking text variables, and keeping database records.
