    Responsibilities:

    Facility Management & Infrastructure Maintenance: Manage the upkeep of office spaces, conference areas, and plant administrative zones, ensuring that lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and structural systems are in working order.

    Vendor Management & SLA Verification: Act as the principal point of contact for administrative vendors; gather profiles, negotiate contracts, and compare execution metrics to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

    Asset Management & Procurement Logistics: Manage inventory for IT devices, office furniture, corporate stationery, and safety items while guaranteeing efficient procurement and allocation paths.

    Statutory Compliance and Workplace Safety Support: Collaborate with the safety and HR departments to get required factory/office administrative licenses, verify fire safety installations, coordinate pest control loops, and assure compliance with municipal legislation.

     

    Required Skills: 

    Workplace Coordination and Vendor Command: Proven ability to lead varied multi-skilled vendor workforces, promptly handle service issues, negotiate vendor quotes, and enforce strict cleanliness and security standards.

    Facility Engineering & fundamental Technical Instincts: Use practical knowledge of building layouts, office equipment maintenance requirements, and power backup topologies to diagnose fundamental infrastructure failures.

    Regulatory Liaison & Documentation Literacy: Experience with municipal files, understanding commercial lease frameworks, processing invoice approvals, and keeping clean compliance records.

    Resource Allocation and Crisis Management: Quick situational reflexes to handle unforeseen facility outages, utility blackouts, short-notice space reconfigurations, or transportation schedule changes while remaining calm.
