  Who you are: 

  Enter patient demographic information, insurance policy details, guarantor details, and coverage tier structures into Practice Management (PM) software without making any mistakes. Examine encounter forms, clinical superbills, and operation notes to ensure that CPT procedure codes, ICD-10 diagnostic codes, HCPCS codes, and relevant modifiers are entered correctly. To find unbilled visits, missing charges, and revenue leakage, compare entered charges with daily appointment schedules and provider logs. Before submitting an insurance claim, keep an eye out for and address any front-end clearinghouse claim edits, syntax mistakes, missing provider taxonomy information, and eligibility rejections. Verify that entered charge amounts, units, and billing codes correspond to particular CCI revisions, provider fee schedules, and commercial/government payer rules.
