  Your Duties:

  3D Parametric Modelling & Large Assembly Management: Use skeleton models, family tables, and top-down design approach to create intricate 3D parametric parts, heavy castings, sheet metal components, weldments, and large-scale mechanical assemblies in PTC Creo Parametric.

  DFMA, Tooling & Casting/Moulding Design: Create precise sheet metal flat patterns, use Design for Manufacturability and Assembly principles, do draft/thickness analysis for cast/moulded parts, and create jigs, fixtures, or press tooling to assist shop-floor production.

  2D Detailing, GD&T & Tolerance Stack-Up: Using ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards, cross-section views, exploded assembly layouts, and tolerance stack-up analysis, create manufacturing-ready 2D production drawings from 3D Creo models.

  CreoSimulate & Mechanism Analysis: To maximise material consumption, guarantee structural safety margins, and carry out mechanism motion checks for dynamic interference, use Creo Simulate to perform fundamental structural stress and displacement analysis.
