  Focus Skills:

  Mechanical CAD Design & Drafting Mastery: Expertise in 2D drafting (SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, CATIA, Inventor) and 3D parametric modelling with a thorough understanding of GD&T (ASME Y14.5), manufacturing tolerances, and material selection (steels, alloys, polymers).

  Comprehensive practical knowledge of rotating machinery, bearings, gearboxes, hydraulic/pneumatic circuits, pumps, valves, compressors, heat exchangers and power transmission hardware is required for Industrial Mechanical Systems & Utilities.

  Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), vibration analysis, dynamic balancing, precise shaft alignment, tribology, and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) are all practically mastered.

  Strict adherence to safety procedures, such as lockout/tagout, pressure vessel safety rules, machine safeguarding requirements, and lifting/rigging procedures, is a key component of industrial safety, LOTO, and structural integrity.
