  Blended Communication Proficiency: Clear, businesslike spoken English for voice conversations mixed with excellent written English (for emails and live chats with good grammar and typing accuracy).

  Multi-Channel CRM & Ticketing Expertise: Practical expertise with chat/phone systems and omnichannel support platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk) at the same time.

  Typing Speed & Concurrency Management: Excellent keyboarding abilities and the capacity to efficiently switch between backend software tools and live customer messaging.

  Analytical Problem-Solving & Data Verification: The capacity to perform accurate data entry without sacrificing quality, swiftly assess client concerns, and cross-check internal database records.
