  Key Skills:

  Excellent communication, leadership, shift management, and shop floor conflict resolution skills.

  practical understanding of cycle times, line balance, production procedures, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

  knowledge of 5S, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean Manufacturing techniques, and defect prevention technologies.

  the capacity to understand and comprehend production schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and engineering drawings.

  Proficiency in computer literacy and expertise entering manufacturing data into Manufacturing Execution Systems or ERP modules

   

  Experience: 7+ yrs
