  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Salary: Based on interview Performance

   

  Focus Skills:

  Strong understanding of production planning methodologies, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), capacity planning, and supply chain dynamics.

  Deep hands-on experience with ERP production modules (SAP PP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and advanced data analysis in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).

  Solid knowledge of core manufacturing processes, assembly line balancing, lead times, cycle times, and inventory control techniques (ABC, VED, JIT, Kanban).

  Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills to balance sales demand with plant operational constraints.
