  Experience: 3+ yrs

  Focus Skills:

  strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP PP module, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).

  profound knowledge of capacity forecasts, inventory management tactics, production planning methods, and BOM generation.

  familiarity with the concepts of lean manufacturing (Kanban, JIT, Pull Systems, Value Stream Mapping).

  outstanding organisational, data-driven, and analytical abilities.

  strong ability to resolve conflicts and communicate across functional boundaries to balance conflicting operational priorities
