  Who you are: 

  Execute targeted candidate searches using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, employee referral programs, and recruitment agencies to build diverse candidate pipelines. Review resumes against job requirements, conduct initial phone/video screening interviews to assess technical fit, salary expectations, notice period, and cultural alignment. Schedule and coordinate multi-stage interview loops between candidates and hiring managers; prepare briefing materials and collect post-interview evaluation rubrics. Assist in drafting formal offer letters, managing salary negotiation guidelines within authorized bands, coordinating pre-employment background verification checks, and facilitating day-one onboarding transitions. Maintain up-to-date candidate pipeline records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); track daily metrics such as requisition aging, conversion ratios across interview stages, offer acceptance rates, and candidate drop-off causes using tracking spreadsheets
