  Job Description:

  The Administration Executive serves as the "Operational Anchor" and "Workplace Continuity Engine" for our corporate and plant operations division. While engineering teams oversee active manufacturing lines and financial specialists balance the books, your primary responsibility is to manage, optimise, and maintain the physical workspace ecosystem transforming facilities, asset networks, transportation fleets, and vendor contracts into a secure, seamless, and highly efficient corporate environment. As the "Guardian of Office Infrastructure, Facility Compliance, and Day-to-Day Workspace Logistics," you are directly responsible for supervising vendor relationships, tracking business asset deployments, managing workspace upkeep, and overseeing employee transit systems.

   

  Key Duties

  Facility Management & Infrastructure Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of office spaces, conference areas, and plant administrative zones, ensuring that lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and structural systems are in working order.

  Vendor Management & SLA Verification: Serve as the principal point of contact with administrative suppliers; source profiles, negotiate contracts, and compare execution metrics to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  Asset Management & Procurement Logistics: Manage inventory for IT devices, office furniture, corporate stationery, and safety items, enabling efficient procurement and allocation paths.

  Statutory Compliance & Workplace Safety Support: Collaborate with safety and human resources departments to get required factory/office administrative licenses, evaluate fire safety setups, coordinate pest management loops, and assure compliance with municipal legislation.
