  Job Description

  The main "Payroll Calculation Engine, Statutory Compliance Anchor, Wage Disbursements Specialist & Compensation Data Specialist" in our company's operations is the Payroll Executive Payroll Processing, Statutory Compliance, Compensation & Benefits & HRIS Specialist. Your main responsibility is to oversee end-to-end payroll computation, guarantee timely salary disbursements, carry out statutory deductions, and maintain perfect payroll records, while finance directors and total rewards leads create compensation structures, benefit frameworks, and financial allocation strategies. As the "Guardian of Wage Accuracy, Statutory Compliance, Employe Salary Trust, and Payroll Data Confidentiality," you assume direct responsibility for ensuring that all employes' payroll is processed accurately and on schedule.

   

  Key Duties

  Complete Monthly Payroll Processing: Determine precise monthly gross and net pay by taking into account attendance information, leave balances, overtime, bonuses, incentives, and authorised deductions.

  Calculate, deduct, and remit statutory liabilities, such as Provident Fund, Employe State Insurance, Professional Tax, and Tax Deducted at Source, while adhering strictly to local labour and tax regulations.

  Reimbursements & Benefits Administration: Accurately process loan/advance recoveries, flexible benefit allowances, health insurance deductions, employee expenditure claims, and yearly leave encashments.

  Payroll Reconciliation and General Ledger Support: Assist with internal and external financial/statutory audits, reconcile salary registers against finance general ledger accounts, and conduct monthly payroll variation analysis.

  Employe Payroll and Tax Documentation: Respond to employee payroll and tax enquiries as soon as possible, provide monthly paystubs, and assist with Form 16 issuance, annual tax declaration investments, and tax proof validations.
