  The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring proper receipt, storage, issuance, and maintenance of materials. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the smooth movement of materials to support business operations.
  
  The candidate will ensure that all incoming and outgoing materials are verified, documented, and stored appropriately while maintaining proper stock accuracy and inventory control. The role also includes coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely material availability and effective store management.
  
  The Store Incharge will be responsible for maintaining organized documentation, preparing inventory reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  
  Additionally, the candidate will contribute towards achieving operational efficiency, minimizing inventory discrepancies, and supporting the overall performance of the organization.
  Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
  Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
  Verify incoming and outgoing materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
  Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  Monitor stock levels and report material shortages when required.
  Coordinate with the Purchase, Sales, Production, and Accounts departments for smooth material movement.
  Prepare and maintain inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
  Ensure proper storage, labeling, housekeeping, and safety within the store.
  Maintain all store-related documentation accurately and systematically.
  RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

  Basic knowledge of inventory, warehouse, or store management.
  Positive communication and organizational skills.
  Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer applications.
  Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
  Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records.
