  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  Advanced Schematic & Circuit Literacy: Expertise in deciphering multi-page electrical wiring schematics, pneumatic layouts, and industrial hydraulic circuit diagrams.

  Injection Moulding Machine Anatomy Mastery: Thorough mechanical knowledge of the screw-and-barrel configurations of injection units, tie-bar strain behaviours, and toggle-clamp and direct-hydraulic clamping mechanisms.

  Strong ability to navigate machine control screens and identify issues with linear transducers, thermocouples, proximity sensors, and PLC tracking nodes in industrial automation and PLC diagnostics.

  Strict Safety Framework Adherence: Complete dedication to industrial safety procedures, including stringent Lockout-Tagout isolation procedures prior to performing internal machine maintenance.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

  Salary: Based on Company Norms

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
