  Spoken English and Professional Voice Communication: Excellent verbal English communication abilities, a neutral accent, and appropriate phone manners designed for interacting with insurance agents and healthcare professionals in the United States.

  US Insurance Payer Knowledge: Timely filing requirements, typical denial words, and a solid working knowledge of the main US health insurance payers.

  PM System & Payer Portal Command: Practical knowledge in using web portals and medical billing/PM software (Availity, Navinet).

  Call Confidentiality & HIPAA Adherence: Strict compliance with protected health information (PHI) requirements, secure call handling protocols, and HIPAA data privacy laws.
