  Who you are: 

  Respect organisational quality standards and standard call scripts while professionally managing a high volume of incoming and/or outgoing calls. Respond to consumer questions, fix problems with products or services, record complaints, and deliver precise, timely information. To grasp the needs of the caller, identify the underlying issues, and offer suitable solutions or escalate where needed, employ active listening and skilful questioning. Clearly and succinctly record all phone calls, customer information, conversation notes, and case outcomes in the CRM or ticketing system. Keep track of important performance indicators such as call quality, customer satisfaction, average handling time, and first call resolution. To guarantee timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding client cases, coordinate with technical teams, field services, or internal backend support. During all phone conversations, adhere to confidentiality procedures, data privacy requirements, and communication rules.
