    Responsibilities:

    Execution of the Sourcing Strategy: Use a variety of channels, such as digital job boards (Naukri, Indeed), professional networking sites (LinkedIn Recruiter), and internal referral networks, to actively find both passive and active candidates.

    Candidate Screening & Vetting: Hold a large number of first phone interviews to assess candidates' communication abilities, technical background alignment, cultural fit, compensation expectations, and notice durations.

    Interview Cycle Coordination: Manage calendar invites, arrange interview panels for several rounds (technical, management, and HR), and inform candidates of evaluation expectations.

    Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Governance: Keep the company's ATS clean and up-to-date with candidate statuses, resume files, interviewer feedback notes, and historical data points.

    Job Ad Optimization & Branding: Create and post appealing job descriptions and recruitment postings on social media that appropriately represent the company's values and draw in top candidates.

     

    Required Skills: 

    Advanced Sourcing Mechanics: Proven proficiency with Boolean search strings, LinkedIn X-ray search strategies, and major portal resume databases.

    Candidate Engagement & Persuasion: Excellent ability to address candidate objections during first outreach, engage passive talent, and deliver an engaging story about corporate culture.

    ATS Platform Command: Practical knowledge of mapping candidate pipelines, monitoring staging stages, and producing standard reports inside Taleo, Lever, Greenhouse, or Workable systems.

    High-Volume Calendar Management: Outstanding organizational abilities to plan interviews with several stakeholders across time zones and digital platforms (Zoom, MS Teams).
