  Focus Skills:

  Talent Sourcing & Boolean Searching: To find passive and active talent, master sophisticated sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, specialised databases, and Boolean logic.

  Candidate Screening & Behavioural Interviewing: During initial calls, a strong ability to evaluate technical skill alignment, soft skills, motivation, the viability of a notice period, and remuneration expectations.

  ATS & Recruitment Workflow Management: Practical experience managing requisition lifecycles using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Zoho Recruit, Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever.

  Candidate Experience & Negotiation: To increase offer acceptance rates and sustain engagement during notice periods, candidates must possess strong interpersonal communication and candidate management abilities.
