• Hiring for Plant-Level QA Engineer

  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Total Quality Management System Execution: Ensure that all operational operations closely adhere to worldwide standards and customer-specific needs by administering, auditing, and maintaining the plant's Quality Management System (QMS).

  Lead the creation of crucial quality launch documents, such as Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) binders, Design/Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA/PFMEA), and comprehensive Control Plans, for Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and PPAP Governance.

  Root Cause Analysis and Remedial Measures: Use structured 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone approaches to conduct formal investigations into internal rejections and customer complaints in order to adopt long-term, reliable corrective and preventive measures (CAPA).

  Internal and Supplier Audit Stewardship: Conduct technical audits at supplier facilities to evaluate capabilities and stop supplier defects at the factory door, in addition to planning and carrying out internal process and product audits.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in EEE
