  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  End-to-End Shop-Floor Production Leadership: Oversee daily multi-shift manufacturing operations, distributing labour, equipment, and material resources throughout production lines to meet delivery schedules, productivity KPIs, and shift output targets.

  Production Planning & Capacity Utilisation Execution: Optimise line loading, machine allocation, and workstation sequencing to optimise plant capacity utilisation; convert master production plans into daily shift execution schedules.

  Cross-Functional Coordination & Bottleneck Resolution: Work closely with Quality Assurance to remove process flaws, with Maintenance to reduce equipment breakdown downtime, and with Stores/Supply Chain to guarantee continuous raw material availability.

  Scrap Control, Cost Reduction, and Lean Execution: Promote lean manufacturing programs to slash waste on the shop floor, scrap and rejection rates, and manufacturing costs per unit.

  EHS, Quality Compliance, and Workforce Supervision: Mentor shop floor engineers and technicians while enforcing stringent adherence to SOPs, quality control plans, LOTO safety interlocks, and Environmental Health and Safety requirements.

   

  Experience: 2 to 4 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in EEE
