    Job Description:

    Our corporate division's "Talent Acquisition Engine" and "Headcount Pipeline Builder" is the HR Recruiter (Talent Sourcing & Candidate Experience Specialist). Managing front-end talent acquisition loops is your main responsibility. This involves turning active headcount requisitions, loose hiring requirements, and unprocessed candidate applications into a consistent flow of highly qualified, screened experts who are prepared for technical assessment. As the "Guardian of the Candidate Journey and Employer Brand," you directly oversee the creation of compelling job postings, Boolean searches on portal databases, resume screening, initial phone interviews, and interview panel scheduling.

     

    Key Duties

    Execution of the Sourcing Strategy: Proactively find both passive and active applicants through a variety of channels, such as internal referral networks, professional networking sites like LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital job marketplaces like Indeed and Naukri.

    Candidate Screening & Vetting: Hold a large number of first phone interviews to assess candidates' communication abilities, cultural fit, technical background alignment, compensation expectations, and notice durations.

    Interview Cycle Coordination: Manage calendar invites, plan and organize interview panels for several rounds (technical, management, and HR), and inform candidates of the expectations for the evaluation.

    Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Governance: Keep the company's ATS clean and up-to-date with candidate statuses, resume files, interviewer feedback notes, and historical data.

    Job Ad Optimization & Branding: Create and post attractive job descriptions and recruitment postings on social media that appropriately represent the company's values and draw in top talent.
