  Job Description:

  The Voice Process Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls to deliver excellent customer service, resolve queries, and process transactions or sales requests. Serving as the direct voice of the company, this role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining service level agreements (SLAs), and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions in accordance with company protocols

   

  Key Skills: 

  Excellent verbal communication, clear pronunciation, active listening skills, and professional telephone etiquette.

  Ability to multitask, navigate multiple software screens, and enter data accurately while speaking with customers.

  Strong problem-solving, emotional control, and objection-handling abilities under high call-volume conditions.

  Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and MS Office.

  Customer-first attitude, adaptability to changing call scripts/workflows, and high patience.
