  Job Description

  Who you are: 

  Oversee general plant maintenance operations and manage a team of maintenance engineers, supervisors, automation technicians, installers, and industrial electricians across all shifts. Develop, implement, and audit strategic preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and condition-based monitoring (CBM) programs using advanced CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP PM). Directly control utility and plant infrastructure such as high-voltage power distribution, air compressors, steam boilers, HVAC systems, industrial chillers, and water treatment plants. Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for critical equipment failures and implement engineering measures to continuously improve MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and minimize MTTR (Mean Time to Repair). Manages the department's operating budget (OpEx), spare parts inventory, remanufacturing cycles, and capital expenditure (CapEx) projects for machinery upgrades and new line installations. We uphold the pillars of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), autonomous maintenance training, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and continuous improvement of equipment reliability throughout the plant. Ensure strict adherence to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies, statutory safety compliance, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, boiler safety regulations, and environmental standard
