  Your Duties:

  Strategic Asset Management & Plant Reliability Leadership: To optimise machine availability, operating speed, and manufacturing output quality, direct and supervise extensive mechanical, electrical, utility, and automation maintenance operations across all plant production lines.

  Maintenance OpEx/CapEx Budget Management: Create, oversee, and manage the yearly maintenance operating budget and capital expenditure projects; maximise overhaul costs, control utility costs, and promote ongoing cost-cutting measures without sacrificing plant uptime or safety.

  Lead the plant-wide implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across all eight pillars, promote the maturity of Autonomous Maintenance, assist in Root Cause Failure Analysis for high-impact breakdowns, and consistently enhance the overall efficacy of equipment.

  Predictive Maintenance & Industry 4.0 Integration: To move the plant toward zero unplanned downtime, Industry 4.0 standards, promote the use of IoT-driven smart sensors and predictive condition monitoring tools.
