  Your Duties:

  Multi-Channel Talent Sourcing: Use employment portals, social media sites, employee referral programs, and campus campaigns to actively seek for, find, and interact with qualified active and passive applicants.

  Screening and Candidate Assessment: Examine incoming applications, compare candidates' qualifications to job descriptions, hold organised initial HR screening interviews, and show hiring managers the profiles of the shortlisted candidates.

  Interview Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange and plan technical, management, and executive interview panels; communicate with internal interviewers and candidates to guarantee prompt feedback loops and a smooth hiring process.

  Offer Management & Negotiation: Create attractive compensation offers based on internal salary benchmarks, negotiate terms of employment with chosen candidates, respond to questions from candidates, and increase the number of offers accepted.

  Onboarding Engagement: Organise pre-employment background checks, manage a smooth day-one onboarding integration, and keep in constant contact with prospects after an offer is accepted to reduce joiner dropouts.
