  Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Mastery: Practical knowledge of competency-based interviewing, headhunting, Boolean searching, candidate profiling, wage negotiating, and candidate conversion tactics.

  ATS & Recruitment Platform Proficiency: The ability to use job portals (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed) and applicant tracking systems (Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Taleo).

  Strong interpersonal coordination abilities are necessary to effectively manage hiring managers' expectations, realign job requirements, and handle multi-stage panel interview schedules.

  Candidate Engagement & Employer Branding: Strong writing and verbal communication abilities to create effective job advertisements, present the corporate culture, address candidate concerns, and reduce the number of candidates that leave.
