   This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to three years of experience. The Production Engineer will play a key role in enhancing the manufacturing process and ensuring quality standards are met.
  Key Responsibilities:
  1. **Process Improvement**: Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for enhancement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  
  2. **Quality Control**: Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards.
  
  3. **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve production issues, working closely with the production team to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.
  
  4. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including process changes, quality checks, and equipment maintenance, to ensure traceability and compliance.
  
  5. **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design and quality assurance, to support new product launches and improvements.
  
  Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a degree in engineering or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. Proficiency in using engineering tools and software is important. Excellent communication skills are necessary to collaborate with different teams.
