  Job Description

  The HR Executive manages end-to-end recruitment pipelines, coordinates employee onboarding and offboarding, maintains HRIS databases, enforces workplace policy compliance, and supports attendance and payroll processing. This role ensures smooth human resource operations, strong employee engagement, and accurate workforce records while maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity

   

  Key Duties

  Facility & Workplace Operations: To guarantee ideal working conditions, oversee daily office maintenance, housekeeping standards, cafeteria/canteen operations, security services, and facility repairs.

  Vendor Management & Procurement: Find, negotiate, and oversee agreements with outside suppliers (cleaning, security, stationery, IT hardware maintenance, travel agencies); examine service level agreements (SLAs) and invoices.

  Asset and Inventory Management: Organise regular inventory audits and maintenance plans; keep accurate records of fixed assets, office supplies, stationery, and consumables.

  trip & Guest Logistics: Organise domestic and international trip plans, hotel and flight reservations, visa processing, transportation logistics, and corporate event management.

  Statutory Compliance & Administrative Analytics: Make sure that local administrative rules, workplace health and safety standards, trade licenses, and facility insurance are followed; use spreadsheets to monitor administrative costs, utility usage, and petty cash logs.
