  The main "Data Processing Engine, Back-Office Operations Specialist, Digital Communication Anchor & Operational Accuracy Guardian" for our customer service and transaction management operations is the Non-Voice Process Executive Back-Office Operations, Data Processing, Chat & Email Support, Workflow Analytics Specialist. Processing large amounts of written customer enquiries, back-office transactions, chat messages, email tickets, and data entries is your main responsibility while operations managers, process leads, quality analysts, and service delivery heads create high-level service level agreements (SLAs), client workflows, quality benchmarks, and operational frameworks.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Written Communication & Non-Voice Support Mastery: Outstanding written English skills, including spelling, punctuation, typing speed, and a polished tone for email and chat support.

  Back-Office & Ticketing Platform Proficiency: Practical knowledge of back-office ERP/database technologies as well as CRM and ticketing platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).

  Analytical & Data Accuracy Mindset: Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated skills in identifying data inconsistencies, completing error-free data input, and doing root-cause analysis on client enquiries.

  Process Compliance & SLA Focus: Excellent ability to accomplish daily production targets, adhere to strong quality standards in high-volume processing environments, and work under tight operating timelines.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
