  Responsibilities:

  QMS Framework & Certification Management: To guarantee continual ISO/IATF certification across all operational nodes, design, manage, and continuously enhance the facility's QMS framework.

  Audit Orchestration & Execution: Oversee the Internal Quality Audit (IQA) schedules for the whole plant; act as the primary point of contact and technical host for all external registrar, regulatory, and tier-1 customer compliance audits.

  CAPA & Root Cause Investigations: Oversee the examination of internal audit non-conformances, customer complaints, and systemic process failures; monitor the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and verify their efficacy utilising 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone methodology.

  Document Control Architecture: Oversee the master document management system, making sure that all engineering specifications, control plans, work instructions, and SOPs are distributed, authorised, and updated in a methodical manner.

  Supplier and Internal Risk Mitigation: Use Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify risks across production lanes; assist supplier quality audits to confirm that external components comply with QMS regulations.

  Management Review Coordination: Compile, evaluate, and organise systemic quality data to show executive leadership systemic risk clusters and resource needs during Management Review Meetings (MRMs).

   

  Required Skills: 

  Regulatory Framework & Standard Mastery: A thorough, in-depth comprehension of ISO/IATF provisions, including their actual application on a high-volume factory floor.

  Advanced Root Cause Diagnostic Methodologies: The capacity to lead multidisciplinary teams through structural risk assessment, validation testing, and 8D problem-solving cycles.

  Cross-Functional Technical Process Literacy: The capacity to accurately interpret industrial assembly routes, metallurgical processes, electronics integration lines, and metrology labs in order to match paperwork with actual floor operations.

  Audit Leadership & Communication Dynamics: To effectively handle difficult regulatory examiners and customer auditors, one must possess exceptional professional poise, authoritative clarity, and communication skills supported by documentation.
