  Job Description:

  The Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer is the "Quality Ecosystem Architect" and "Regulatory Compliance Anchor" of our manufacturing division. Your main goal is to proactively create, manage, and implement strong systemic frameworks that transform quality manuals, customer compliance books, and international regulations into a predictable, zero-defect manufacturing ecosystem, while Quality Control (QC) teams carry out reactive part-by-part inspections on the floor. As the "Guardian of Quality Governance and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) Minimization," you take direct responsibility for managing documentation trails, coordinating process audits, overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS), and implementing methodical root-cause corrections throughout the whole production lifecycle.

   

  Key Skills: 

  High-quality foundational tools and frameworks Mastery: Full operational mastery of standard quality tools, including SPC engineering concepts, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and MSA.

  Auditing, Blueprints, and GD&T Literacy: Expert fluency interpreting engineering drawings with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) callouts and advanced competency carrying out process audits.

  Root Cause Isolation & Problem-Solving Mechanics: The ability to trace mechanical, material, or process defects to their source using formal problem-solving techniques (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagrams).

  QMS Documentation & Compliance Discipline: Thorough knowledge of product tracing frameworks, document control procedures, and ISO/IATF standards.

   

  Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
