• Associate Production Operations & Process Control

  Job Description

  Duties:

  Operate, monitor, and load raw materials into manual, semi-automated, or automated manufacturing machinery.

  Perform component assembly, sub-assembly, packaging, and labeling tasks along the production line in accordance with work instructions.

  Conduct basic visual inspections and dimensional checks on raw materials, in-process parts, and finished goods to identify surface flaws or defects.

  Load, unload, pack, and transport materials, components, and finished products between workstations using manual hand trucks or pallets.

  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by practicing 5S principles and reporting safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.

  Log daily production numbers, completed work orders, scrap quantities, and downtime events into daily logs or digital production tracking terminals.

  Follow all workplace safety guidelines, lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) protocols, and consistently wear required Personal Protective Equipment

   

  Focus Skills:

  Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to perform physical tasks efficiently.

  Ability to read, comprehend, and strictly follow visual work instructions, safety signs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  Basic mathematical and numerical literacy for counting parts, reading gauges, and logging basic production numbers.

  High physical stamina, comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting production materials

  Reliability, punctuality, strong teamwork attitude, and adaptability to flexible shift patterns
