• Purchase Executive Sourcing & Quotation Research

  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Execution of Direct and Indirect Material Procurement: Obtain raw materials, machined parts, castings, forgings, electrical hardware, tooling, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) supplies in compliance with production timelines, BOMs, and engineering standards.

  Technical Bid Evaluation & Supplier Negotiation: Examine technical engineering drawings and material specifications; send out Requests for Quotations (RFQs); conduct techno-commercial bid analyses; and bargain for competitive prices, conditions of payment, and delivery dates.

  Vendor Development & Capability Auditing: Find, analyse, and integrate new job-work and component suppliers; audit supplier facilities, gauge manufacturing capacity, and lead vendor capability matrix evaluations.

  Purchase Order (PO) Management & Expediting: Create and process precise POs within ERP systems (SAP MM, Oracle); accelerate supplier material shipments to guarantee 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD) and avoid line-stop situations.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
