• QC Engineer Conformity & Quality Improvement

  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  First-Part & Final Batch Inspection: Verify completed batches before to packaging, approving physical measurements to avoid bulk faults, and run first-part approvals at the beginning of a shift.

  In-Process Sampling & Verification: Throughout production runs, conduct routine line audits and visual inspections to ensure that tooling configurations are stable and within tolerances.

  Validation of Incoming Materials: Use metrology instruments to examine incoming raw materials and raw castings from suppliers, filing rejection papers for non-conforming products.

  Precision Tool & Gauge Operation: To confirm micro-tolerances, use lab tools like digital micrometers, vernier calipers, height gauges, roughness testers, and profile projectors.

  Non-Conforming Material Isolation: To prevent mixed-up or defective stock from reaching active assembly lines, tag, log, and isolate defective parts right away, putting them in quarantine sections.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
