  Hybrid Communication & Multi-Tasking Mastery: Professional written English fluency, typing speed, and grammar for chat/email exchanges combined with excellent spoken English communication for quick customer calls.

  CRM and Multi-Channel Ticketing Platform Proficiency: Practical expertise with backend data management interfaces and integrated customer support technologies at the same time.

  Problem-Solving & Data Verification Capability: Excellent analytical skills to do precise backend modifications, identify inconsistencies during live interactions, and cross-check data across several platforms.

  Adaptive Workflow & SLA Discipline: The capacity to maintain short handling times and high quality scores while smoothly switching between voice conversations, chat queues, email responses, and back-office operations under strict operating timetables.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
