  Your Duties:

  End-to-End Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Use advanced Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, professional networks, and referral programs to create diversified candidate pipelines while conducting full-lifecycle recruitment for technical, management, and operational roles.

  Candidate Screening & Behavioural Assessment: To evaluate candidates' technical proficiency, cultural fit, compensation expectations, viability of a notice period, and motivation, conduct thorough first phone screens and structured behavioural interviews.

  Hiring Manager Collaboration & Interview Coordination: Work together with hiring managers to establish job specifications and candidate profiles; plan, organise, and lead rounds of panel interviews while keeping open lines of communication and feedback.

  Offer Negotiation & Candidate Relationship Management: To guarantee a seamless onboarding process and reduce drop-offs, organise, extend, and negotiate competitive employment offers in accordance with authorised wage bands. Continually interact with a few chosen candidates during their notice periods.

  ATS Hygiene & Recruitment Compliance: Keep accurate, up-to-date records inside Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to guarantee complete adherence to internal hiring policies, background checks, and equal employment opportunity standards.
