  Job Description

  The senior "Plant Reliability Anchor" and "Operations Continuity Leader" for all of our manufacturing plants is the Maintenance Manager of Plant Engineering, Machinery Reliability & plants Management. Your main responsibility is to oversee, organise, and optimise the entire maintenance department so that all mechanical equipment, electrical switchgear, automated production lines, utilities, and facility infrastructure function at maximum dependability, safety, and operational efficiency. Production managers drive line output, while quality heads maintain product tolerances. As the "Guardian of Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Mean Time Between Failures, Mean Time to Repair, Maintenance Budget Adherence, EHS Regulatory Compliance, and Zero Unplanned Plant Downtime," you assume executive responsibility for transforming a culture of reactive breakdowns into one that is proactive and reliability-focused.

   

  Key Duties

  Departmental Leadership & Reliability Strategy: Establish a high-performing culture of proactive maintenance, ongoing improvement, and team accountability by giving the plant maintenance department general guidance, coaching, and strategic management.

  TPM, PM, and Predictive Maintenance Ownership: To extend the lifespan of all shop floor assets, implement and audit Total Productive Maintenance pillars, Preventive Maintenance schedules, and predictive technology.

  OEE Optimisation & Downtime Elimination: To permanently eradicate chronic equipment failures, evaluate production downtime metrics, compute OEE availability losses, and conduct structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) utilising 5-Why or FMEA approaches.

  CAPEX execution, cost control, and budgeting: Create and oversee the yearly maintenance Operating Expenditure (OPEX) budget, oversee the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for spare parts, assess upgrades to capital equipment (CAPEX), and oversee facility alteration projects.
