  Who you are: 

  Design, construct, and maintain dimensional models (Star/Snowflake Schemata) for OLAP data warehouses and normalised relational schemas for transactional OLTP systems to ensure the best possible data integrity and query efficiency. To enforce fundamental business logic, write, debug, and optimise complicated T-SQL/PL/SQL code, stored procedures, views, window functions, user-defined functions, common table expressions, and transactional triggers. To increase throughput, examine query execution plans, track deadlock events, locate I/O bottlenecks, apply sophisticated indexing techniques, and rewrite wasteful queries. To collect data across many enterprise platforms, design, construct, and maintain reliable automated ETL/ELT data intake and transformation pipelines utilising technologies like SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or Apache Airflow.
