  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Salary: Based on interview Performance

   

  Focus Skills:

  Advanced understanding of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), denial management workflows, and claims adjudication cycles.

  Deep knowledge of medical coding frameworks (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, NCCI edits), claim forms, and EOB/ERA interpretation.

  Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional logic, trend reporting).

  Experience using medical billing software and EHR/EMR systems.

  Excellent written communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills for complex appeal drafting and root-cause analysis
