  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Inbound and Outbound Telephone Engagement: Respond to a large number of incoming customer service enquiries or make outgoing sales, verification, survey, and follow-up calls in compliance with company policies and procedures.

  Resolution of Customer Questions and Troubleshooting: Give precise information about goods, services, order statuses, and billing; troubleshoot common customer difficulties and strive for prompt first-call resolution.

  CRM Data Entry & Interaction Logging: Enter into the CRM software and customer database comprehensive, up-to-date summaries of all phone calls, customer complaints, escalations, and resolution actions.

  Escalation Management & Cross-Departmental Coordination: Determine which customer complaints are complicated or unsolved, then escalate them to the relevant internal teams or supervisors while keeping ownership and follow-up until the issue is resolved.

  Compliance & Call Quality Adherence: Adhere strictly to call duration benchmarks, client privacy regulations, compliance guidelines, communication quality standards, and professional phone etiquette.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Any Basic Degree
