  Your Duties:

  Inbound and Outbound Telephone Operations: Maintain professional telephone etiquette, tone, and empathy while handling a high volume of incoming customer enquiries or making focused outgoing calls.

  Customer Problem Resolution & Escalation Management: Identify customer problems, respond to questions about products and services, troubleshoot account difficulties, and de-escalate irate customers, always aiming for First-Call Resolution.

  Script Adherence & Quality Compliance: To maintain high call quality scores, strictly follow authorised call flows, disclosures, compliance scripts, and security protocol requirements.

  CRM System Logging & Case Documentation: During and right after calls, accurately record customer interaction information, call outcome disposition codes, comments, and follow-up tasks into CRM platforms.

  Cross-Functional Case Routing: In order to ensure correct case tagging and unambiguous handover documentation, escalate unresolved complicated technical issues, billing disputes, or second-tier support requests to specialised internal departments.
