  Job Description

  Duties:

  Upkeep of Equipment and Quick Failure Resolution: To reduce shop floor downtime, oversee and carry out real-time electro-mechanical troubleshooting, repair work, and breakdown resolution for CNC/VMC machines, hydraulic/pneumatic presses, stamping equipment, industrial utilities, and conveyor systems.

  Execution of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Create, plan, and carry out daily, weekly, and monthly PM schedules; use predictive maintenance methods (such as vibration analysis, thermographic inspection, and oil condition monitoring) to spot possible problems before they happen.

  TPM Implementation & Autonomous Maintenance Support: Promote the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillars throughout manufacturing lines, assisting operators with regular inspection procedures, machine cleaning, lubrication, tightening, and Autonomous Maintenance (Jishu Hozen) protocols.

  Reliability engineering and Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Perform comprehensive Root Cause Analysis for significant machine failures, putting in place long-term remedial and preventive measures to stop recurrent failures and optimise OEE.

   

  Focus Skills:

  Strong practical knowledge of diagnosing mechanical drives, gearboxes, pumps, valves, hydraulic circuits, pneumatic cylinders, electrical control panels, drives, and motors in the field of industrial electro-mechanical and hydraulics/pneumatics.

  Proficiency in reading industrial electrical schematics, ladder logic, PLC diagnostics (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron, Mitsubishi), VFDs, sensors, and servo systems is necessary for PLC, automation, and electrical troubleshooting.

  Reliability Frameworks, TPM, and RCA Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA implementation, 5S techniques, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concepts, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) computations.

  EHS, Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) & Safety Compliance: Strict compliance with electrical safety standards, machine guarding, workplace hazard mitigation, Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) safety protocols, and industrial safety legislation.
