  Who you are: 

  To optimise machine availability, operational speed, and manufacturing output quality, direct and supervise thorough mechanical, electrical, utility, and automation maintenance operations across all plant production lines. Create, oversee, and manage the yearly maintenance operating budget and capital expenditure projects; maximise overhaul costs, control utility costs, and promote ongoing cost-cutting efforts without sacrificing plant uptime or safety. Oversee the implementation of TPM throughout the entire plant in all eight pillars, promote the maturity of Autonomous Maintenance, enable Root Cause Failure Analysis for high-impact malfunctions, and consistently enhance the efficacy of all equipment. To move the plant toward zero unplanned downtime, Industry 4.0 standards promote the use of IoT-driven smart sensors and predictive condition monitoring tools.
