  Your Duties:

  Hands-on Electrical Breakdown Maintenance: To reduce machine downtime, quickly respond to shop-floor breakdown calls by identifying and fixing electrical problems in control panels, AC/DC motors, relays, contactors, switches, sensors, and production line wiring.

  Execution of Preventive and Routine Maintenance: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance (PM) checklists, which include thermography support for all electrical assets, tightness checks, contactor cleaning, motor insulation checks, and panel filter cleaning.

  Control Panel Wiring & Installation: Using circuit schematics and electrical drawings as a guide, carry out panel wiring, cable routing, termination, crimping, and the replacement of malfunctioning electrical components.

  Operations for Motors, Drives, and Utilities: Help with the installation, testing, alignment, and basic parameter configuration of electric motors, switches, starters, variable frequency drives, and plant electrical utilities.

  Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, electrical safety standards, earthing verification, and safety personal protective equipment (PPE) recommendations should all be strictly followed during any maintenance operations.
