• Concept Planning and Control CATIA Design Engineer

  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  CATIA V5/V6 Platform Software Mastery: Complete operational competence in the basic CATIA workspace for engineering solid models, handling intricate generative shapes, designing sheet metal components, and building assemblies.

  Manufacturing Design (DFM/DFA) Literacy: A thorough understanding of the limitations of tools used in common industrial processes, such as progressive sheet metal stamping, high-pressure die castings, plastic injection moulds, and multi-axis milling settings.

  Advanced GD&T System Interpretation: Outstanding ability to compute and apply ASME Y14.5 or ISO standards for stack-up tolerance loops, structural datum reference blocks, and geometric dimensioning down to micron ranges.

  Engineering Mechanics & Material Aptitude: Excellent physical comprehension of draft angle laws, thermal expansion scales, material shear values, and structural stress factors for different alloy grades and polymers.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
