  Your Duties:

  Lead and direct shift-wise manufacturing operations to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly volume targets aligned with the master production plan.

  Supervise production supervisors, team leads, and floor technicians, managing shift scheduling, attendance, workload distribution, and performance.

  Monitor key manufacturing metrics, including line speed, yield, cycle times, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), direct labor efficiency, and scrap generation.

  Enforce quality control protocols on the floor in coordination with Quality Assurance to comply with ISO, IATF, or industry-specific standards.

  Partner with Maintenance Engineers to execute planned preventive maintenance, minimize unscheduled machine breakdowns, and implement Autonomous Maintenance practices.

  Drive shop-floor Lean initiatives, enforcing 5S workplace organization, Kaizen implementations, and waste reduction across production lines.

  Ensure full compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, PPE enforcement, and shop-floor safety audits.

  Log production output, material consumption, and operational downtime in ERP/MES software
