  Key Skills:

  Industrial Electro-Mechanical & Hydraulics/Pneumatics Mastery: Excellent practical knowledge of troubleshooting mechanical drives, gearboxes, pumps, valves, hydraulic circuits, pneumatic cylinders, electrical control panels, motors, and drives.

  PLC, Automation, and Electrical Troubleshooting Capability: Mastery of ladder logic, VFDs, sensors, servo systems, PLC diagnostics (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron, Mitsubishi), and industrial electrical schematics.

  Reliability, TPM, and RCA Frameworks Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA implementation, 5S approaches, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concepts, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) computations.

  EHS, Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) & Safety Compliance: Strict observance of electrical safety standards, machine guarding, workplace hazard mitigation, Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) safety protocols, and industrial safety legislation.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
