  Your Duties:

  Strategic Asset Management & Plant Uptime: Oversee plant-wide mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems; formulate long-term equipment maintenance strategies to achieve maximum operational availability.

  TPM, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PdM): Lead plant-wide Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillars, implement condition-based/predictive maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis), and optimize preventive maintenance schedules.

  Budgeting, Spare Parts & Cost Optimization: Prepare and manage annual plant maintenance operating and capital expenditures (OPEX/CAPEX) budgets; optimize critical spare parts inventory levels, MRO procurement, and contractor contracts.

  EHS, LOTO & Statutory Compliance: Enforce strict compliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, pressure vessel regulations, electrical safety standards, factory acts, and environmental regulatory mandates across all plant utilities and machinery.

  Maintenance Analytics & Reliability Engineering: Track and analyze key maintenance metrics including MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), OEE losses, maintenance cost per unit produced, utility efficiency, and spare parts turnover using enterprise tracking systems and analytics spreadsheets
