  Focus Skills:

  Manufacturing Quality & Core Tools Expertise: Comprehensive working knowledge of MSA, PFMEA, PPAP, and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).

  Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to reduce persistent product defects using organised problem-solving frameworks (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone diagrams, Kaizen, Six Sigma DMAIC).

  Quality Standards & Metrology Literacy: Excellent knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) drawing interpretation, ISO 9001/IATF 16949 quality management systems, and precision measuring devices (CMM, Vernier callipers, Micrometres).

  Process Capability & Data Analytics: The capacity to identify process variation and apply process capability enhancements through statistical analyses of production sample batches.
