  Responsibilities:

  Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Execution: Plan, carry out, and monitor Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for all production equipment and utilities

  Lead urgent root-cause troubleshooting for acute mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC/automation breakdowns on operational production lines in order to quickly and safely resume operations. This is known as breakdown troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis (RCFA). To get rid of recurring failures, use Fishbone and 5-Why analyses.

  Overall Equipment Effectiveness & Total Productive Maintenance: Lead TPM Pillars on the shop floor, collaborating with operators to reduce equipment-related losses and increase machine OEE.

  Spare Parts Inventory & CMMS Management: Keep track of all work orders and preventative maintenance schedules in the CMMS/ERP system, manage maintenance budget expenditures for essential spares and consumables, and maintain ideal spare parts reorder levels.

   

  Required Skills: 

  Electromechanical machinery and automation maintenance: extensive technical knowledge of electrical panels, motor drives (VFDs), sensors, hydraulics and pneumatics, mechanical parts, and basic PLC troubleshooting.

  TPM, RCFA, and Reliability Engineering: Demonstrated capacity to carry out Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), compute MTBF/MTTR metrics, optimize PM schedules, and use Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) techniques.

  CMMS, ERP, and Work Order Execution: Useful knowledge of computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) or ERP maintenance modules for equipment history logging, spare parts management, and work order tracking.

  Strict adherence to safety procedures, such as Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined space permits, electrical safety rules, and statutory inspection compliance for factory equipment, is part of occupational safety and statutory regulations.
